Great personnel, helpful and friendly.
We experienced miscommunication with staff when switching rooms, leading to unnecessary delays that made our check-in stressful. Additionally, we were surprised to find open bottles of liquor left in the townhouse, which made us question the cleanliness and attention to detail. This oversight contributed to an overall feeling of unease during our stay, which was disappointing given our expectations.

Couple's Dream Getaway
The views were amazing! Every morning, we watched the boats from our villa's balcony while sipping coffee, like nothing I'd ever seen before.
It was pricey, but it felt worth it for the experience.

We had an incredible stay in our two-bedroom villa, especially enjoying the stunning views of the lake from our beautiful balcony. The whole experience was enhanced by watching the wedding and boats go by. however, the beach area was a bit limited, which could use some expansion. Regardless, I would definitely stay here again!

The two-bedroom villa offered stunning views of the lake, making it an unforgettable backdrop for my birthday celebration. The spacious layout included two comfortable king-sized beds and three televisions, perfect for our family. While the beaches were limited, we enjoyed watching the boats and a wedding from our villa, creating a beautiful experience overall. I did notice that the small beach area had only a section for swimming, which could be improved to enhance the experience.
